We are in need of funding and have filed for grants to keep us afloat and to re-launch
the programs we designed. We are happy to say that the filing(s) have gone well so
far. We are also happy with prospects to support a $1M plan for real estate &
facilities to carry on the business we have envisioned into the next 3 and 5 years.

The loads for the real estate we see as needed will assure that funding for
employees to return to the positions they should be in will come about in a much
more secured manor.
The AreoSpace divisional portions of our company see the liquidation an logistics of
plant closings and machine tool relocations as critical to our plan.

We are therefore turning to our roots and requesting funds from the US Farmers 1st.
We have deep roots in the Midwest farming world and know that our plan will be
accepted by the greater good that real true seed planters see in the new frontiers of
e-commerce and the Internet.

The product we bring to the farm is still a major role pelter (rock?) in our sold sales
forecasts for the coming years as we see it. More farmers buy safety gear, kits and
supplies form us than anyone. They also buy more safety oriented software from us
through our affiliatiosn with Major Catalog Suppliers.
